Pistol Prowess is owned and operated by Glen Payne. Mr. Payne is a member of S.P. Waltrip Masonic Lodge #1328 and has earned his 32nd degree through the Houston Scottish Rite. He is also a member of the Arabia Shrine Temple where he has competed on the Shriner's pistol team and teh Alzafar Shrine Temple where he has competed in Trap and Skeet. A U.S. Navy veteran and both a former law enforcement and correctional officer, Mr. Payne has shot competitively at the local, state and national levels and is now sharing his expertise with the general public. Mr. Payne is an N.R.A.certified handgun instructor, D.P.S. certified to teach the Texas Concealed Handgun License course, and an N.R.A. certified Range Safety Officer.
