Who is Pistol Prowess?

Pistol Prowess is owned and operated by Glen Payne. A U.S.Navy veteran and both a former law enforcement and correctional officer, Mr. Payne has shot competitively at the local, state and national levels and is now sharing his expertise with the general public. Mr. Payne is an N.R.A.certified handgun instructor, D.P.S. certified to teach the Texas Concealed Handgun License course, and an N.R.A. certified Range Safety Officer.
